Welcome to BarefootHoof.com.  Frank "Toby" Tobias is a natural farrier, specializing in the rehabilitation of horses with founder, navicular and other diseases of the hoof.  Frank also performs regular maintenance trims on hundreds of horses in South Florida, helping to educate the horses' owners in how best to keep hooves healthy and sound.
